2. PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE

2.1 The products offered for sale are presented on the site www.paradigme-shop.com and accompanied by a description.

2.2 The products offered by Paradigme comply with the standards applicable in France.

Although we take every precaution to ensure that the products are described accurately using the photos available on the site, certain details (such as color, embroidery or texture) may vary depending on the resolution of your screen and thus differ slightly from the product you receive.

3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

4. ORDER

4.2 Paradigme reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer regarding a previous order.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 Paradigme delivers worldwide and you can track your order at any time. The delivery price will be calculated during checkout.

The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and /or intercom numbers, etc.).

We reserve the right not to ship to any country prohibited by export laws and regulations. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

Products from the same order cannot be delivered to different delivery addresses.

If you order product(s) requiring international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes payable upon receipt of the order or later late. For deliveries in France, allow a delay of 2 to 4 working days.

For deliveries in Europe, allow a delay of 4 to 12 working days.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will deliver your package within 15 working days following the date of your order.

For any other destination, allow a delay of 2 to 3 weeks.

7. PAYMENT

All prices on the Paradigme website are in Euros.

Transactions are carried out via Shopify Payments, Apple Pay or Shop Pay, all secure, fast and fee-free systems.

Except with Paypal, a credit card such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express is required to make payments.

We accept the majority of credit and debit cards.

Online payments are subject to validation by your card issuer; we are not responsible if it decides for any reason to decline a payment. We also perform pre-authorizations on your card and products will not be shipped until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Please note that some card issuers may request payment for online fulfillment fees for which we are not responsible.

8. RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of receipt of their order, the customer may request from Paradigme the return of the product(s) for an exchange or credit.

Provided that the item(s) are returned to us in their original packaging(s) and unworn.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, washed, damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

For all orders, returns are free and a prepaid return label will be provided to the customer.

Replacement of returned items will be made after receipt and confirmation of the new order from the customer.

Paradigme will reimburse the amount of the price of the product(s) in full in the form of a voucher. This amount does not include delivery costs paid when purchasing the product(s).
